Every business utilizes a database where they enter data and learn more about a certain topic. The most used data base program used is Microsoft Access. Microsoft access allows you to collect information and design sturctured data tables. Within the Data base there are 7 different objects that can allow you to analyze any data that is added. Those 7 different objects are table, queries, reports, forms, pages, macros and modules. Each one of the objects makes collecting any data a lot more easier to manage and obtain.
Using Microsoft can only benefit in my idea in terms of general surveys and questionnaires, in which i can give out to a community any where in the world. Once the product has developed ii can also utilize the database as a way of inputting data that indicates the usage of the product by the consumers. Utilizing this form of database will allow me to use the objects i mentioned earlier to narrow down my collected data and present it to my future colleagues.
